Controller calibration reset after sleep mode

Hi meta team,

I have a drifting controller and I understand it's a wide spread issue. Infact, calibration do work by expanding dead zoom. However, it get reset every time headset go to sleep mode and I need to calibrate every time I use it.

 

I don't understand this design and why can't my calibration stay in effect

    • Are you experiencing this issue with both controllers?
    • Are you using the controller(s) with a Quest Pro, Quest 3, or Quest 2 headset?
    • Are you using any third-party accessories or skins on your controllers?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried? 

    Once you answer these questions for us, we can provide the next steps for you to try.

      1.Only right controller has drifting issue.

      2. Nope

      3. Repair controller,  swap battery

        Thanks for the reply! We are wondering what device it is you are having the trouble with?

         

        Also what version of software are you using, our devices should be remembering your settings every time you start them up so it sounds like you may be experiencing some kind of bug.

         

        Whilst you are getting back to us with the device type could you perhaps use our Software update tool. That will help us narrow down the problem area.
