Controller drain battery & get hot & won’t update

Hi everybody, 

I just bought a brand new meta quest 3.

The right controller drain battery extremely quick I have tested to put new batteries and after the same time (controller stored not in use) the right controller have obviously consumed much more battery the the left one. I continued the test with other batteries brand and the result remain same. 

One other noticeable thing is that the right controller have on its bottom an area that become way hotter that the left one. 

When finally powering up with a brand new battery, it says that the battery is low and it is unable to update.

The controller is unusable, no button react and tracking just don’t work. Can someone help me to figure this out ? I have tried to factory reset the controller it but noting happened. I also tried to remove battery, unpair-repair but nothing changed.
