controller pairing is buggy

suddenly both controller do not work perfect. Periodically both controller seems to be disconnected and do not work. In the next moment the controllers are back, and working perfect. This problem (pairing/dispairing) is permanent. Normal playing with quest3 is critical because the controller are unavailable suddenly.

My quest was working best for 2 years, no problems in the past. 2 days ago, starting 12/23/2025, the pairing problem raises up. So it seems to be a software/firmware problem.

In the internet a lot of useres reported this problem, now i got infected, too.

I followed all recommendations (from meta) but it did not help. This is what I expected from meta, no help at all. They don't know what they're doing.

Is there any recommendation to fix this problem.

    meanwhile I got some experience. The problem might be raised up from the "live subtitles". In the apps the controller stuck when the controllers pointed some around the subtitles window. Even if the subtitle window is not visible, it interacts with the controllers. Now the subtitles were disabled. Now the controller work. I hope this was the fault.
