Controller pairing

My Quest 3 had issues pairing to my controllers after the most recent update, after restarting the headset, swapping batteries, attempting to reset the controllers, and unpairing them and repairing them VIA the Horizons app i decided to hard reset my headset. Now I can even get off the “pair controllers” screen since the controllers continue to refuse to connect. I don’t know what to do anymore, any suggestions?

  • Is that the "pull out the tabs" screen? You need to wait about 10 minutes until the screen times out.

    Which update was it? I had an update last night, but it did not require any firmware update for the controllers.
