Controller setup

i got a new oculus GO yesterday and it was all fine until today when i tried using it again the headset showed me the “Know your controller” screen it asked me to lress the oculus button on the controller but everytime i pressed the button on the controller it had no effect on the screen and it said “no controller detected contact oculus support” i have no idea what to do. Ive been on this screen fir the past two hours ive tried everything factory rest pairing unpairing , putting new batteries . Literally wveything. This is quite frustrating and idk what to do

    This is never ideal but don't worry we want to get you up and running as soon as possible! 

    We appreciate you have attempted some troubleshooting yourself, thanks for that. Below are some more steps you can try: 

     

    • Make sure that the tabs have been removed from both controller housings.
    • Change or reseat the battery of your controllers and check that the controller is receiving power.
    • Check your phone's app store and make sure that the Meta Quest app is up to date.
    • Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone, and that your phone and headset are on the same Wi-Fi network.
    • Your device must be on and unlocked to pair a controller. If you have a passcode but can't use a controller, use the white dot in the centre of your headset's view and volume buttons to enter your passcode.

      Thank you for responding.

      ive tried all of these steps. Thw vr worked perfectly when i  forced stopped it and restarted again but then as soon as i complete all the initial steps it takes me to the “know your controller” screen which makes the controller not detect the device. Ive even tries getting in contact with the meta team using the  website you linked but it says that my account cant be found even when i used my device serial/order number.MetaStoreHelp​

        Sorry its still taking me to the login site and asking me to log into my meta account or put the serial number
