Controller wont pair due other owner already having it paired

So, I bought this headset, factory reset, etc.., so I am trying to pair left controller its going in pairing mode but not actually pairing just keeps flashing those lights. If theres a fix or something else let me know! I do think i need to reach out and write a letter with the serial number and have them reset it.

I'll keep anyone updated if i get it fixed with this method if they believed they have the same problem

    Now before we look into this problem, could we ask you a few questions so that we can get a better grasp of the situation and give you the exact steps we need to take to get this resolved.

    Could you tell us :

     

    • Are you experiencing this issue with both controllers?
    • Are you using the controller(s) with a Quest Pro, Quest 3, or Quest 2 headset?
    • Are you using any third-party accessories on your controllers?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
    • Can you see any lights on your controller that are on (blinking or solid)?
      • Are the lights flashing three fast, three slow, then three fast blinks again?

    Please let us know your answers and we'll help out getting your controllers paired.
