Controller wont pair due other owner already having it paired

We hear you're having problems pairing your left controller with your headset and it's just keeps flashing lights, that's of course not ideal and we would love to help out with that!

Could you tell us :

• Are you experiencing this issue with both controllers?
• Are you using the controller(s) with a Quest Pro, Quest 3, or Quest 2 headset?
• Are you using any third-party accessories on your controllers?
• What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
• Can you see any lights on your controller that are on (blinking or solid)?
  • Are the lights flashing three fast, three slow, then three fast blinks again?
