controller wont pair

Hi, I have this Meta Quest 2. It was working fine all this time. The battery is fully charged and is new. Yesterday it worked fine, but today when I woke up, none of the controllers worked. I factory reset it, but that didn't help. The controllers were paired but not working, so I unpaired them as I was told, and now they won't pair up again. They do nothing, and every time I go to support, it's like they copy and paste their messages. I will never buy another one of these devices again. There's literally no help at all. I can't call support, and I can't even enjoy my days off from work.

    That's very annoying indeed. Though, check around the forum for this problem.. You might find a solution there. Good luck!

    Hi Carlosbk3​ 🙂

    Probably support has already suggested that.......  just in case they didn't do that.

    Take out the batteries from the controllers for 10 min or so to reset them. Maybe this helps.

    Often after a software update, the controllers will stop responding, and you have to put the controllers down and sign in to your headset using hand tracking. Then when you get back into the loft, the controllers will automatically update their firmware and start working again. By factory resetting your headset unnecessarily, you've probably screwed up the update process.
