🚨🚨HELP NEEDED PLEASE🚨🚨 I purchased 2 units from eBay, open box, meta quest 3. Both units will not move from the controller pair screen, im guessing im doing something wrong. But cant connect to the app since its never been paired, cant get past the controller pair, force pair didnt work, factory reset didnt work. Anyone have any clue?
If both headsets are stuck on the controller pairing screen, it’s unlikely you’re doing something wrong.

If that still doesn’t work on both units, it’s very possible they were previously tied to another account and not properly factory reset, or the controllers are mismatched.
Since they’re from eBay, I’d strongly suggest testing with a different phone + Meta app account to rule out app issues. If pairing still fails on both, you may need to return them.
