Device not found on Meta Quest site

I got my Meta Quest 3 about a month ago. I am able to see my device on the phone app, on the desktop app. But when I go to the Meta Quest app it tells me my device is not found. I can't get support because the site won't recognize my serial number. I purchased an app that is not showing up on my Quest because it won't recognize it. I am at a loss on what to do.

  • I'm getting the exact same thing.  my meta account through the web says I have no devices associated with my account,  however is shows up on both my PC and my phone app.  Why is there no way to register your Quest 3 Manually?

      Does verifying with the serial number not work?

      You can find the SN by clicking on your headset in the phone app, then click the chevron which is to the right of the device name. It will then show a pop-up window "Devices that you own". You cannot get the SN from the Headset settings->About This Headset page, as that screen only shows the software version and MAC address. I do wonder if some people are entering the software version thinking it is their SN by mistake.

    I am having the same issue I need to reach you guys about my new quest 3s and warranty I’ve linked my quest horizon app Facebook instagram with the quest site but yet still tells me device not found manually typing serial in doesn’t work either

      you need the serial number from the box, not from the headset itself.
