display problems with meta quest 3 viewer

Hi everyone, I have a problem with the meta quest 3 viewer When I wear it it doesn't go into VR mode. Let me explain better in the viewer what I see is this writing, associate the viewer with the meta horizon app to continue and I see my hands, the monitor and everything that surrounds me in the room has definitely entered a mode from which I don't know how to get out I also tell you that I reset the VR and reinstalled the software on the PC and reconnected the VR via my smartphone.     You must set up the headset using the Meta Horizon app on your phone and follow all the instructions exactly. DO NOT use the PC software at all for initial setup.

    If it is still telling you to

    associate the viewer with the meta horizon app to continue

    then you clearly haven't finished setting up the headset with the phone app, which is mandatory.

    To get out of passthrough mode, simply double-tap your fingers on the outside of the headset, but that will only work after the initial set up has been completed properly and you have signed in to your profile.
