factory reset before removing my device

I need help I factory reset my device without properly removing it from my horizon app account and now it just won't pair what can I do  any one can help ?

    Actually,  you don't have to remove the quest from the app manually when you perform a factory reset. 🤔

    Is the Quest still shown as paired after the factory reset?

    If so, factory reset the Quest again.
