Factory Reset fixed nothing

So I was having issues connecting to my Wi-Fi and I read from a past Wi-Fi issue that doing a Factory Reset will fix it. So I performed one and not only did it not fix my issues, I now can't finish the set-up because I still can't connect to my Wi-Fi. When I would try to connect it would say "saved/incorrect password or try again later" I retyped the password 7 times and rebooted my router twice. It doesn't help that when I was performing the V78 firmware update, my VR full on crashed but downloaded the update, and ever since then I've been having really dumb issues with my VR, like my store not loading and my microphone not being detected in calls, voice messages, and Speech to Text.
