Having issues where the device doesn't appear through the app isnt ideal at all, so we want to provide a few troubleshooting steps for you to try! If you could attempt the following below that would be amazing:
1. Check to see if the app needs updated.
2. Close and restart the Meta Horizon app.
3. Restart your device.
4. Reinstall the app
5. Check and make sure the Meta Quest Headset is up to date
