freezing and black screen

My oculus screen keeps freezing, I reseted it 10 times then i factory restarted it and now the screen is black. my controllers also keep disconnecting too, i took the batteries and even replaced them and it’s keeps disconnecting. i looked up how to fix it and nothing works
