Here are a few troubleshooting steps we can try to get your headset paired to your phone.
1. First of all please make sure phone is compatible with the Meta Horizon mobile app
Ensure the mobile app and headset are on the latest available version

2. If you are having issues getting your headset to update please visit our Software Update Tool, this will force your headset to install the latest update available to it.
3. Ensure phone and headset are connected to the same network, on the same frequency.
4. Ensure that "precise location" and "nearby devices" permissions are allowed for the Meta Horizon mobile app by checking the phone's settings.
