Headset not functioning properly since opening

I got the quest 3s xbox edition as a gift this year and its had constant issues since opening it. It wont display the current date and time it changes it back to whatever daye was two months before it and the clock is always on the other half of the day. ( pm during am, etc.). When I would try and play miltiplayer games i installed it would give an error that said "low memory" and crash the game. For about a week now its also refused to take a charge from any charger unless its connceted to a very weak outlet that supplys it with not even enough power to keep the headset on while it charges.

And as of right now 9/25/2025 it has lost the ability to connect to Wi-Fi. That's right. The console has lost all Wi-Fi functionality. Ive tried to connect to two different connections, my personal hotspot and the wifi again after resetting my router. The wifi is working on every other device in my home except my headset. I tried rebooting the console by holding the power button for 10 seconds, and for SOME reason, that made the device start accepting charges again from my offical oculus link cable. However it still refusues to let me do anything that requiers wifi. Whenever I connect to my wifi it says "Limited connection" implying that it is in fact connected its just not using it. It stayes that my signal strength is excellent as well. I wanted to factory reset my headset but the i structions on the meta website wont work for me and I dont know why. I held dow the power button and the volume down for 10 seconds and all it did was power my console down.

SatansCornhips To factory reset, ensure the headset is fully shut down. Make sure it's fully charged. Hold down the minus volume button and then press the power button. When the headset starts to show the meta logo release the buttons. In the boot menu options scroll to factory reset using the volume buttons. Select factory reset using the power button. Best to keep it plugged in when you do all this.

You can also factory reset using the mobile app.
