Headset stuck at pairing screen

My new meta quest 3 headset stuck at pairing screen. It displayed 5 digit pairing code but no matter how I tried to pair it with my mobile meta horizon app, I couldn't make it works. I tried tons of ways, tons of times, it still didn't work. I even sidelined latest firmware from cocaine.trade, it still didn't help. Connected it to force it manually updated using meta software updated tool, it didn't work either. I contacted meta support, they tried to help but couldn't. Anyone have any idea of what is going on with the headset, please share with me. Thanks!
