Help! I'm in an endless loop of logging in!

My sons Quest 2 headset asked for an update to be done. We should go to meta.com/device and enter the code on screen when prompted. Did this and it says (in swedish, translated to english - 'invalid device code request') If I then click support or troubleshoot, I can't login to that as it says the account doesn't exist, or that it's not connected. Help?...

    We understand you are encountering login issues. Here are a few steps to resolve this issue:

     

    • Try a different browser and device to log into your account
    • Make sure that you have the latest version of the Meta Horizon app installed on your phone.
    • Make sure that your phone has Bluetooth turned on and that the Meta Horizon app has Bluetooth permissions.
    • You may need to update your headset's software before you can log back in. Use the software update tool to update your headset.
