HELP! Struggle setting up meta quest 2

Question

Hello!&nbsp;We recently received a meta quest 2 from friends as a gift. It was signed in on other peoples accounts so I factory reset the device and created my own meta account on my phone. When I looked in the headset it said I needed to pair the device with my phone using the meta mobile app using the displayed code. I pressed add and new device in the mobile app and selected meta quest 2. &nbsp;Then I entered the code displayed on the screen of the headset however it said headset not found please make sure the code entered was correct and try again. I have tried many times and read through the troubleshooting and forums but nothing seems to work, as I can’t do anything on the headset until I connect it using this code. What do I do?&nbsp;Thanks, Isla.

If I remember right, you have to set up a free Meta account on your computer first.

You don't need a computer to set the account up. A mobile device can create the same meta account. A PC is only required for PCVR.
