Help with router decision please

Hello,

I’ve read a lot of tech blurb about the pro’s and cons of using a dedicated high speed router but it’s all Greek to me. I just seek a simple answer please.

I use the Quest 3 S for flight sim using X-Plane 12 but need to use a cable to connect headset to pc as I get jitters, stops and starts using Air-link. Would a dedicated high-speed router be beneficial and allow me to use the headset wireless?

I need to connect my pc to the internet to access other services whilst flying. Can I still connect to the internet? Would I connect my standard router to the high-speed router then the high-speed router to the pc?

If yes to the above, can anyone recommend a mid-priced high-speed router that will do the job please?

Sorry to appear so clueless but I’m clueless when it comes to all the tech jargon but I do enjoy flight sim with the Meta Quest 3 S.
