Hey I'm trying to reprovision a Quest 3 for a conference we're doing, but the Android app keeps crashing on my Samsung/Android phone. I have most recent app and most recent Android version. Is there really no other way to pair a factory reset headset? Borrowing someone else's phone is not an option. Surely there must be another way to reconnect my quest to my account?
I'm having the same issue with my Motorola phone, was gifted the meta quest 3about 2 weeks ago, went to load the app,..tries for 2 seconds then nothing.
Let me know if you got this solved, I'm finding no help anywhere.

Use an iPhone, iPad, or device running Android 16 or later.
Alternatively, install an older version APK of the Meta Horizon phone app from here. If it tells you during installation that you need to update the app, obviously don't. The APK dated 6 Dec 2024 is reported to work:
