I’m not able to pair my Meta Quest 2 to my horizon app.

This all started when I factory reset my headset because certain apps and games stopped working by and updating for me, so I factory reset. But now I’m not able to connect my oculus to my app no matter what account I use, It always says the same thing; “Not able to pair your headset” and then it talks about trying to factory reset. I’ve factory reset a couple times no and I have tried sideline update and boot device but it’s still not working. Someone please help🙏
