I cannot sign into my account on my computer

I am trying to log into my meta account on my computer but it says the email or password is incorrect, however the email and password is correct, I have reset both several times, but it still says they are incorrect. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, but that didn't work, and I did the forgot password thing numerous times, but that is not working either. Please help if you can.

    Never mind, I forgot to plug it into my computer this entire time. 😑

      I've never needed to connect my headset to the PC in order to log in to my Meta account... even in Horizon Link.

        You are right.... I'm not sure what SAJWrongtree​ is talking about.

        I have the link app on a pc that isn't even able to run a vr headset and can log in there without issues. 🤷‍♀️

    When the system insists your correct email and password are incorrect, that's usually its polite way of saying: 'Sir, this is not your account.'

      It worked on my iPad for 2 years since I made my account, and still works there, but my computer doesn't work. It must be something to do with the computer but I don't know what.
