I can't get into my account due to 2FA

I can't access my account after purchasing the new meta quest 3, I never had to give a authentication code with with my quest 2 with I just sold Dec 23, 2025 and purchased the new meta quest 3 on the same day. My account on my quest 2 with all the games I purchased I can't access because I can't set up the google authenticator the barcode just still say loading for the last 5 days. I am so frustrated I started a new account but by doing that I have to re-purchase all of my games and I should not have to do that. I sent a private message I sent a security message, I have sent so many messages with no help at all.

      My meta is connected to my Facebook so in Facebook security and passwords I click on meta to get the barcode to set up the google authenticator app because when I sign into meta it just asked the authentication code which I can't set up. the link you just me does not work. I tried changing the code to WhatsApp my phone number but nothing works. It should not be this hard to get in touch with someone for a expensive game system that I purchased.
