    Hi there, Acersecomicke !

Thank you for reaching out to us, we’re here to help!

We understand you're experiencing trouble installing a game via Link, and that the process fails with a prompt directing you to Meta Quest Support. You've already restarted your headset and computer, which is a great first step, thank you for trying that.

To help resolve this, here are a few additional steps we recommend:

Update the Meta Quest Link App

Ensure you're running the latest version of the Meta Quest Link app. You can check for updates at meta.com/quest/setup.

    Update Your Graphics Drivers

Outdated drivers from NVIDIA or AMD can cause connectivity issues. Visit your graphics card manufacturer’s website to download and install the latest drivers.

Opt Out of the Public Test Channel (PTC)

If you're enrolled in the PTC, it may cause compatibility issues.

Open the Meta Quest Link app

    Go to Settings > Beta

Toggle off the Public Test Channel

Run a Repair on the Meta Quest Link App

Download the installation software from meta.com/quest/setup

When prompted with “Already Installed,” select Repair and confirm
    Network and VPN Check

Make sure your PC and headset are on the same network

Disable any active VPNs during setup and installation

  • Hi Acersecomicke 🙂

a few years ago I couldn't install Beat Saber anymore - don't ask me why😂

What finally worked for me was changing my library drive from C: to D:

Installation of the game worked without issues then.

I don't say this will work for you..... but maybe it's worth a try.

  • The long blue bar in the screenshot you provided states that your PC does not meet the minimum hardware specifications for the PCVR version of the game.

Why are you trying to buy the PCVR version through Link instead of the "free to download" native Quest version from the Meta Quest store? 🤔 Which headset are you using??????

What do you mean by “PCVR version of the game”? Because even without the minimum requirements, you should still be able to download it. Just it would be a lot slower.

Also, Im trying to get it on PCVR because I want to record on OBS Studio, not the crappy camera in-game or the quest recording feature
