I have access to my Meta account on Quest 3, but I cannot log in on my phone

I have access to my Meta account on Quest 3, but I cannot log in on my phone or PC because SMS verification codes are not arriving.

I have tried multiple phone numbers and even a new Meta account, but no SMS messages are delivered.

The issue has persisted for more than a week.

Please help me recover access or reset the SMS-based verification method.

    We can't help with log in problems. You'll have to contact Meta Support directly for this I think as they will need some personal information to fix it for you. There are no Meta employees here unfortunately.  If however the Meta account is for Facebook or Instagram, there are links at the bottom of the page for that too. Good luck! 🤞🤞
