You could have debris or corrosion or damaged/loose contacts in your USB C port. Have you tried other ports or a USB C to A connector?

I shined a flashlight into all of the ports tha it’s connected to there is no debris there doesn’t appear to be any loose contacts and there is no corrosion. I have tried several different ports and the cord that I have has a built in adaptor at the end and I have tried both.

It could still be a cable or port issue. Try a different PC. Maybe you know someone who has a gaming PC that you could test your headset and cable on.
