I purchased Meta Quest 3 in Trento, Italy, at Mediaworld but my Meta Horizon account is blocked.
Hello everyone, Merry Christmas! I purchased the Meta Quest 3 I created an account on Meta Horizon from my smartphone, but it was blocked and will be terminated within 30 days from yesterday. I later realized I made a mistake when creating the required account by entering the wrong email address. I created a new account on www.meta.com/it/ and I'm active on both Meta Horizon Meta Quest 3 Oculus. Thinking I'd solved or worked around the problem, when I need to access the Oculus website to complete the VR settings on my PC and activate it (I'll start by saying that I use Wi-Fi, which is active and working), I'm asked for the email address of the account I created, but it's not recognized. But as you can see, I'm active and working. How can I solve the problem? Otherwise, I can't connect to activate the various VR features on my PC. When I try to configure the VR in Wi-Fi mode, it stops and only shows me the cable option, which I don't have. Then everything gets stuck there, and I can't continue. Do you think a hard reset on the VR can solve the problem? Hoping to get a response with the solution soon.
