Its says that I need to verify my age and before I enter anything there I want to know if it's real cause it's says how much meta cahs I have and which games and If I want to verify it says I can verify only with ID or credit card which is wired cause I already have a card connected and also it says I need to verify till 1th March or my account will get banned
Yes, it's absolutely real and you need to take it seriously. You need to provide an ID (credit card) at Meta Accounts Center. This is separate from the Meta Horizon Store where you buy your games (and would also have payment methods attached). The safest way would be to go directly to the Accounts Center website so you know it is the genuine website, rather than clicking any links in your emails.
