i was trying to connect my meta quest 3 to my pc but its says not connectected but my pc is on

How are you trying to connect (Airlink or Link Cable)?

On fresh PC start my Q3 doesn't successfully connect to when enabling Link (Cable) so I use task manager to end Oculus app process and also restart OVRService in services. Try to enable link then and it should work(?)

I have to do this almost every time I start PC - think it's a fault with Meta software.
