infinite loading issue.

 

This may be awkward since I'm using a translator.

I'm a Korean VR safety education content creator using Quest 3.
I purchased a PC to install and run this content. After installing the meta program and connecting it, I'm stuck in an infinite loading screen.

The screen isn't freezing or crashing.

PC info

i5-13400F

16GB RAM

RTX 5060 8GB

    Turn off asynchronous spacewarp.

    1. Go to the Oculus Debug Tool: (C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-diagnostics\OculusDebugTool.exe). OR (C:\Program Files\Meta Horizon\Support\oculus-diagnostics\OculusDebugTool.exe)

    2. Locate Asynchronous Spacewarp.

    3. Change it from "Auto" to Disabled.

    4. Go to the top menu: Service > Restart Oculus Service

    You should now be able to load into the home screen (White Grid).
