Insta360 Camera and Meta Quest 3 Syncing

Hi,

I have spent hours and days trying to transfer my data from my insta 360 x5 to my meta quest 3 device.  I am registered as a developer on on my meta horizon app, pc and meta quest 3 device. 

When I request support on the meta website, it tells me to select my device  and when I do this I am told no device found - and it doesn't give me further options..

This is why I asked how can I register my device.   This is extremely frustrating .

How do I receive technical support?

I am a meta shareholder and have encouraged others to buy the meta quest 3.  You need to have easier ways to contact support. 

Please advise,
