I'm trying to install the meta horizon application and at the end I get an error (an error occurred restart the computer) I live in Russia and even a vpn doesn't help me. What to do? How to install the app in a different way, I really tried everything(

The installation doesn't fail because you are in Russia, the installer does not work correctly.
