Hi there Breezy_XD3,
We came across your post and would love to lend a hand to resolve your internet connection woes.
We find a good tool to use is RouteThis Helps app, it helps pin point any potential issues with your Wi-Fi.
Other important things to check are the following.
- If you are using a new router, make sure IPv6 settings are disabled.
- If you are experiencing weak signal, try moving closer to your router.
- Double check that you put in the correct password, disconnect from the network and reconnect again reinputting the password.
- If you are using a dual-band router disable this feature as it may disrupt your headset.
If you are still having issues please don't hesitate to send us a private message so we can look into this further with you!

First, try checking if other devices on the same network can access the internet—this will help determine if it’s a network-wide issue or specific to your headset. If it’s just the headset, forget the Wi-Fi network on it and reconnect by entering the password again.
