Invalid device code request

Basically, I have not used my Headset for over a year and my Meta Account got suspended and permanently disabled, So I have made a secondary account. However, My oculus quest 2 is prompting me to enter a device code on http://www.meta.com/devices ( I am not sure if it has to be on the account originally paired with the oculus) but it does not work. My headset is up to date with Wi-Fi.

The main problem that I am thinking about is that the headset is still linked to the suspended account and is demanding me to update status by entering the device code on the suspended account. And I cannot log into it as it just throws an error to contact support.

i am not sure if I should do a factory reset as other people in the forums said that itโ€™ll do nothing.

    Factory resetting your headset will unlink it from your old account and allow you to start afresh and link it to your newly created account.
