Issue pairing my Meta Quest 2 after factory reset

Hi! I factory reset my Quest 2 recently due it starting to get buggy, and once I put in the 5 digit code on my phone to pair, it always said that it was unable to pair. I've done almost every solution I could find (factory reset the headset again, reset bluetooth, use another account), but nothing is working. I've seen a few discussions on the forums here too, but none of them really helped me (unless I missed something). I don't know if this is a problem on my end or Meta's end but I'd like to be able to play my games again soon.

    • Make sure the phone app is up to date and reboot your phone. See if that fixes it.
    • Make sure Bluetooth is on in the headset. See if that was the issue.
    • Go into the Bluetooth settings on the headset, scan for devices and connect it to your phone. See if that fixes it.
    • See this thread, try disconnecting all other Bluetooth devices from your phone and switch off any Bluetooth devices around your home. They might be interfering. See if that fixes it.
    • If all else fails, contact support.
