Hey there @mogli192310.2023 !
We came across your post and wanted to help you out!
As we are unsure of what troubleshooting steps you've tried, please try all of the following:
- Remove unsupported third-party accessories that may affect power, battery fit, or controller detection. For example, rechargeable grips, controller covers, etc.
- Replace the controller battery with a fresh one
- Check the LED status (blinking, solid, or no light at all)
If your controller status display light (LED) is repeatedly flashing three fast blinks, three slow blinks, then three fast blinks (SOS in morse code), this is an error signal.
To troubleshoot, please try the following, moving on to the next step if the previous step was unsuccessful at resolving the issue:
1. While the SOS is flashing, remove and reinsert the battery.
2. Restart your headset.
3. Unpair and re-pair your controllers to your headset using the Meta Horizon mobile app. Ensure that your headset is awake and nearby.
4. Use the software update tool to check for and install any available updates.
5. Perform a hard reboot. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds or until you hear the device reboot again. If no light appears, or if the issue persists despite trying these steps, please get in touch with us via PM or via this link and we can look into your options!
