Kopplung nicht möglich

Hallo Leute,

ich habe mir eine neue Meta Quest 3 gekauft.

Bei der Einrichtung zeigt das Headset dauerhaft nur den 5-stelligen Pairing-Code.

Weder über die Meta Horizon App (iOS 18.3.1) noch über das PC Setup Tool wird das Gerät korrekt mit meinem Meta-Konto verknüpft.

In der App erscheint jedes Mal der Fehler: GraphQL Error 1675012 („Device ID must be specified explicitly“)

Im Browser unter meta.com/my/devices wird die Quest 3 nicht angezeigt, obwohl sie im PC Setup Tool erkannt wird.

Mehrfacher Factory Reset, verschiedene WLANs (2,4 GHz / 5 GHz), Hotspot, Neuinstallation der App und Tests mit Bluetooth führten zu keinem Erfolg.


Gibt es noch irgendeinen Lösungsvorschlag?

    OhioScorpion​  do you have access to an android phone or tablet? It may be worth trying with one of those.

      It actually worked with an android tablet without any problems. It was because the Bluetooth of my iPhone XS could not find the Quest 3.
