Hello i have a quest 3 and i have an issue where my left controller analog stick is going forwards in the headset but the stick is completely steady i don't have stick drift it just suddenly happened when i updated my headset i want to fix it.

recalibrated it did nothing

Is the joystick acting like you've moved it forward even though you're not touching it? Or is the whole hand controller moving forward when you view it in the headset. Can you get some in-headset video footage of the calibration screen and you moving the joystick in full circles?
