Left Controller not working

I was not using my quest 3 for 1 month , the left controller  now is not working . I already tried to change battery and factory rest quest 3. I can see the controller is paired . When in controller calibrate menu, the left controller joystick is working but there is no pointer when I switch between meta and menu button then the menu button is working as meta button. There is no led on controller.Can anyone help , what is the issue here

    We hear that you're having troubles with your left controller and that you have already went through some Troubleshooting steps to fix this. We know just how impacting this must be on your Metaverse experience and we want to look into this with you, so that we can find a solution to this problem and have you jump back into the virtual plane as soon as possible! 

     

    First, we want to get a better understanding of this issue, for this we would like to ask you a few questions that will help identify the issue and find a solution:

    • Does the left controller work while playing games?
    • Is this issue permanent or just while trying to calibrate your controller?

    Also from the description of your issue, we understood that the menu button () on the left controller seems to have swapped functionality with the home environment menu button () on the right controller, would this correct or is there a different issue?

     

    In the meantime, here are some troubleshooting that you can try out to get this issue fixed:

    • Since you haven't used your headset in a month it might have collected some dust, so we would recommend Cleaning the controller with a non-abrasive anti-bacterial wipe (No alcohol).
      • Compressed air can be used to remove debris inside the controller
    • Removing unsupported third-party accessories will avoid anything blocking or disturbing the sensors. Third-party accessories like: controller covers, controller attachments, etc.
    • Unpair and pair the controller to the headset.
