That is called the SOS signal btw, means the controller is having trouble pairing to your headset, or some other firmware issue.
I may not be too informed on things like this, but remove the batteries from the controller and leave it like that for 10 min, that should reset the controller itself. since you've done all the other steps your last option is a factory reset. If the problem keeps cropping up or none of this fixes it, it may be best to get in touch with support (not their community forums) or buy a new controller as that would signal a deeper issue.- Maccyb123Expert Consultant
ToTheGrave That's good advice. It can fix it. There does seem to be an issue with the left controller though as I've seen more posts about it and it's always the left one, a variety of things from bad connection to losing connection and tracking going haywire. I was playing Little Nightmares last night and for a few minutes the tracking went wonky and instead of going forward it went back and I died 😁. I followed your plan actually, removed the battery for a few minutes and put it back and it worked fine
