Left controller will no longer pair 3s

Hey there! My daughter and I both have the quest 3s. The issue is with the left controller on her 3s randomly quit working and won’t pair.  Luckily I was able to pair my controller to hers headset. But now I’m down a controller 😞and can’t play with her anymore. This happened about 2 months after purchase. As @GhostBonezQuest pro controller failing to pair​  said, I too have tried all the troubleshooting possible and to no avail, it won’t connect to either headset. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello there, thank you for posting on our forum.

     

    We understand you are having some issues with your controller not pairing correctly with your Meta Quest 3S headset. We would first recommend Removing any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect power, battery fit, or controller detection. For example, rechargeable grips, controller covers, etc. Secondly, please make sure you replace the controller battery with a fresh one.

     

    Additionally if the light on your is flashing in an SOS pattern, please check out the handy help article linked here for further assistance.
