We understand you are having some issues with your controller not pairing correctly with your Meta Quest 3S headset. We would first recommend Removing any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect power, battery fit, or controller detection. For example, rechargeable grips, controller covers, etc. Secondly, please make sure you replace the controller battery with a fresh one.
Additionally if the light on your is flashing in an SOS pattern, please check out the handy help article linked here for further assistance.
