My left controller will not pair , I have tried everything to the point of a factory reset, now I am in a bigger mess as I have in the head set a picture showing two handsets, with the illustration showing pull out paper tabs, I have turned foo several times, left it for 24 hours and still none of it working. Can someone please help?
The "pull out tabs" screen times out after about 10 minutes and then you can continue setup.
Alternatively, if you take out the controller batteries before starting the setup process, then at the "pull out tabs" screen, put the batteries back in, the headset might think you have pulled out the tabs?
But you need two working controllers to set up the Quest, so if you do a factory reset but one of your controllers is truly faulty, you will get stuck and not be able to complete the setup until you buy a new controller or get the faulty one repaired.
