light or ray of both controllers interrumpted
Hi, my lens drop over the rug, they turns "on" normal but both controllers the Light Ray is cut or interrupted, due that I can´t execute or select actions.

Having tracking issues with the controllers isn't ideal when your trying to enjoy your favorite games in the Metaverse, so we would love to provide you with some steps to get you back to those games we all love! If you could follow please the steps below and let us know how it goes that would be perfect:
- Check the area is well lit, with enough light to see clearly but no direct sunlight.
- Check the area is free of small lights such as Christmas lights, or LED strips.
- Check the area is free of reflective surfaces such as mirrors, glass, or polished marble.
- Make sure the tracking cameras are clean. If they need to be cleaned, follow the maintenance and care guidelines.
- Remove unsupported third-party accessories that may affect tracking or controller detection. For example: controller and headset covers, controller attachments, etc.
- Unpair and pair the controller to the headset.
