Link Cable Randomly Disconnecting

Hi, my link cable randomly keeps disconnecting whilst playing games. I know for a fact its not certain games because it does it with every game I play while using the link cable. I've tried 3 different link cables ranging from USB-C to USB-C and USB 3.0 to USB-C. I have also tried getting a different headset to see if that will fix it but it didn't. This issue started out on the Meta Quest 3 and so I tried getting a whole new headset and switching to the Meta Quest 3s to see if it would fix it but it didn't. I feel at this point it would be a problem with my pc but I wouldn't know where to start. Please can someone help me with this issue it is really frustrating.
