We can see you're having trouble launching the Quest Link app on your new OS install. We'll do our best to help you out with this!
Here are some quick fixes that are worth trying:
- Restart your computer
- Manually uninstall the Meta Quest Link App and then try to install again
- Disconnect or disable the internet connection to your PC and reconnect it while still running the installer
- Disable your Anti-Virus software
- Only for the install process; the Anti-Virus should be re-enabled once the installation is complete
- After successful installation, confirm the Meta Quest Link app is added to the antivirus software's whitelist. You can learn more here.
- Ensure Link or Rift cables are not plugged-in before or during the install
