I'm not able to choose a way of how to connect a device. In the Link app I go to Devices > Add a device. Then you get a window that says "Choose how to connect" But there is no way to choose anything. The only think you can do is click continue which just goes back to the home screen.
This app sure is putting up a fight. Any help would be apprciated.
You have to either physically connect a supported USB cable or go into the Link settings on your headset and toggle the "use AirLink" button.
Tip: initiate setting up Link through the headset settings. Trying to "add headset" via the PC app is buggy for some users.

I guess, it's because there is one screen missing from the link app.
Earlier there was a screen where you have to choose between cable or air link.🤷♀️
