Linking K-ID and Meta child profiles

Desperately need help linking these two.  We set up the Meta Horizon accounts for his meta quest first with me as the primary parent, and him as child, I've set up his privacy permissions, etc.  THEN he couldn't access Gorilla Tag private room with a friend so we read bout K-ID, I've now set that account up using the same profile name for him but it is not connected so Meta Quest doesn't know he has permissions.  He has NOT received an age verification request through the Meta Headset and NOWHERE in the family center do I see anyway to connect these two accounts/profiles.  All of the instructions online say to go to supervision and privacy settings inthe family center but this does not solve my problem.  Please Help - signed frustrated GenX parent so sick of all this tech.....

    We saw that you are having a problem with your son's Parent Managed Account, and would like to offer our help.

     

    K-ID is a 3rd-party app so we are unable to comment about it.

     

    As for your son not being able to access private rooms in Gorilla Tag, please be advised that Parent Managed Account are unable to access private rooms.

     

    You should be able to got into your family account center to see what your son is able to do on his account.
